1. Use of Clove Oil, Coconut Oil, Salt, and Turmeric

• A pinch of salt
• ¼ teaspoon of coconut oil
• ¼ teaspoon of turmeric
• 2 drops of clove oil
Directions:
• First, mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
• Apply the mixture to your toothbrush and then brush your teeth gently, targeting the cavities’ areas as much as possible.
• Leave for at least five minutes and brush once more.
• Finally, rinse the teeth with a lukewarm water.
2. Use of Baking Soda, Dried Mint Powder, Lemon Juice, and Peppermint Essential Oil
Ingredients:
• 1 drop of peppermint essential oil
• 2 drops of lemon juice
• ½ teaspoon of baking soda
• ¼ teaspoon of dried mint powder (optional)
Directions:
• Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
• Apply the mixture on a toothbrush and then brush gently, and you should pay attention to all areas.
• Leave it on your teeth for about at least three minutes.
• And lastly, rinse your teeth with slightly warm water.
3. Use of Activated Charcoal, Licorice Root Powder, Sweet Orange Essential Oil and Food Grade Bentonite Clay Powder
This kind of recipe should be used only once a week.
Ingredients:
• A pinch of food grade bentonite clay powder.
• ½ teaspoon of activated charcoal.
• ¼ of licorice root powder.
• 1 drop of sweet orange essential oil.
Directions:
• Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
• Apply the mixture on a toothbrush and then brush your teeth gently.
• Wait for about three minutes and use slightly warm water to rinse your teeth.
• After rinsing, you can use the brush to brush your teeth once again and then rinse with a lukewarm water.
